It’s About Where You Are Willing To Go.

Integrative Wellness coaching is a client-centered conversation about who you are, what you value, and where you envision yourself.  A holistic snapshot is taken by assessing various dimensions of one's life.  These include movement, nutrition, environment, sleep, relationships, resiliency, and spirituality.  After the assessment, you create a picture of what you want to achieve and the steps explored to move you closer.  We discuss goal setting strategies by way of the SMART acronym: Specific, Measurable, Actionable, Realistic, Timely.

It sounds pretty straightforward yet life never seems to follow suit.  Discovering what is helping, what is getting in the way, and all the in between is part of the follow up process.

My training draws from many areas such as motivational interviewing, positive psychology, and strengths based coaching.  I offer a safe, non-judgemental space to explore what you value and how those values align or conflict with who you want to be and how you want to get there.

My responsibility is not to tell you what to do but to be a guide through whatever goals emerge and evolve. I see you as the expert in your life.  Sometimes where you are going is straightforward, other times it's not what you thought it would look like.

Let’s Start the conversation.

You can schedule a 20 minute consultation at no cost to explore if my style of coaching is the right one for you.

Should you decide to continue, I will send a coaching agreement to be signed prior to the first session.

The frequency and the amount of sessions is individualized to each person and can be revisited as needed.  You determine the path forward.

Initial 60 minute session:             $125.00

45 minute follow up session:       $ 90.00

Fees are to be paid in full prior to each scheduled session.  I currently accept Zelle and Venmo. As a courtesy, please cancel any appointments as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours.

Fees are charged per session, and there are no refunds.  You can stop at any time if you find that this is not right for you.  Feel comfortable to provide feedback or ask for clarification along the way as lack of communication is usually the starting point of misunderstanding.

I may discontinue services if there is a trend in attendance patterns, such as repeated no-shows or lateness, abusive or offensive actions or language, or potential conflicts of interest, with no refund issued. There may be various reasons for this decision, and I will communicate any concerns as they arise.

I accept Zelle and Venmo for payment. Wellness coaching may be eligible for HSA/FSA benefits with a letter of medical necessity from your health care provider as part of a treatment plan and a provided invoice. Check with your health plan for current requirements and updates.
